For new mums who want elegance and style from their nursing lingerie, Lorna Drew is releasing a new collection later this month that is inspired by the nation’s new favourite royal (and reported fan of the brand), the Duchess of Cambridge.
The brand’s new Catherine collection (pictured) is the perfect combination of decadent design and classic style, offering new mums (and those still pregnant) something a bit special to wear that looks fabulous and is just as practical.
The pretty balcony bras come in a choice of a beautiful midnight blue trimmed with black or pale champagne, with Georgian-inspired contrast stitch panelling and delicate embroidery. They have light foam cups for gentle shaping and are available with matching shorts.
Also new this season is the Sleek and Smooth collection, a seamfree nursing bra with smooth moulded cups in a plunge shape for a wearable and comfortable everyday look. The bra and brief sets come in a choice of black, fawn and light pink, great core colours for basics.
All Lorna Drew bras come in sizes 30-38 B-J, with shorts and briefs in XS-XL that are shaped to fit under a bump for wear in pregnancy. Designs feature lower necklines, slimmer straps and Lorna Drew’s patented size adjustable clasp that allows each bra to be adjusted by up to three cup sizes to accommodate changes in breast size during breastfeeding.
The two new collections will be available later this month via Lorna Drew’s website and the brand’s network of stockists.
