TV presenter, writer and self confessed ‘tits obsessive’ Dawn O’Porter has just released a new book all about boobs to help raise money for breast cancer charities.
The new book, The Booby Trap and other Bits and Bobs, was published last week and includes a collection of contributions from famous faces such as Davina McCall, Sarah Millican, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Caroline Flack and Dermot O’Leary about their thoughts, feelings and experiences of boobs.
The contributions range from personal memories and essays to shorts stories, images, poems and comic strips, some of which are funny, others sad, more still make you cringe with embarrassment with the author, and others are thought-provokingly candid.
And the book also contains more synonyms for the humble female breasts than you’re likely to find anywhere else!
There’s also a guide that explains how and why women should be regularly checking their breasts, which makes it a worthwhile purchase for that alone.
The book is available in paperback or kindle edition for £7.99 and £1 from each sale goes towards Dawn’s three favourite breast cancer charities – Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Breast Cancer Care and CoppaFeel! You can buy a copy now from Amazon.co.uk. With October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month just around the corner, there’s no better time…
