As you’ve probably seen, we’ve got a bit of a crush on Moontide swimwear. So we thought we would introduce you to the brand’s new younger sister, Piha.
Piha is young in every sense of the word – the brand is very new, with only a couple of seasons under its belt, it’s aimed at a younger age group, and it’s designs have a youthful vitality to them which is very refreshing. And, it’s also more affordable, with a bikini set costing from £50, which means you can add a splash of colour to your swimwear collection without breaking the bank.
If you like your swimwear bright, then Piha is definitely for you. The current collections offer cool contrast block colours in red and or blue, a fun take on nautical stripes and bold prints – including, coming soon, Piha’s take on the animal print, but with kitttens!
The brand also does a great line in bright, tropical florals, cute ruffles and itsy bitsy triangle bikinis. The collections are mix and match and include lots of different shapes, so it’s easy to find your perfect combination.
Piha is stocked by Asos and Surfdome as well as by a number of independent retailers. Here’s a taster of some of the new lines this season.
